Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and technical solutions. Engage directly with Arabic-speaking clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations. Customise ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and client training as needed. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Solid hands-on experience in technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
