About The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, ANZ you are responsible for development and execution of the AEG Sales strategy, ensuring alignment with category and channel priorities. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and execute the AEG Sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Own the forecasting process across all agency models Align the agency sales model with overall business objectives and market trends. Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Category team to bring to market the appropriate portfolio and provide key inputs into portfolio development Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Align agency sales efforts with product launches and promotional activities Work with the relevant Key Account Manager, National Business Manager and Field sales team to ensure effective execution Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting. Partner with National Business Managers and Key Account Managers to ensure that the AEG strategy and business plan is reflected within each individual customer business plan. Partner with the Head of Retail Sales team and State Managers to ensure the effective execution of product merchandising standards. Provide the Training Manager the AEG strategic input for development of training content and plan. Operational Excellence & Compliance Oversee operational processes to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery. Ensure all agency agreements comply with legal and financial regulations and own the execution of all required Agency agreements Work with the Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales reporting, forecasting, and data analytics. Creation of a complete Sales, Marketing & Promotional plan across all channels of that plan as measured by the sales, product mix and instore execution results Leading the commercial triangle to align on merchandising, promotional plans and product generation priorities. Achievement of financial targets including financial sales and profitability Achievement of market share objectives. Create and maintain a data set that enables visibility, monitoring & management of key operational metrics Monitoring and management of Agency agreements. From a sales perspective, be responsible for the rolled up forecast and state split. Ongoing monitoring and management of financial & operational performance of the proforma site Support the strategic direction of each AEG channel plan ensuring market wide consistency. Timely and effective management of demand activities. Own the Phase In/Phase Out plan from a sales perspective, ensuring seamless flow from old to new range. Manage and support consistent display stand executions Management of stocktake reconciliations Partner with Sales Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives for AEG Strong effective communication across Retail and Key Account divisions. Who You Are: You are able to demonstrate a solid track record in sales, category management or similar strategically focused role within the consumer goods/FMCG or retail sectors. Commercially astute with a strong strategic mindset Strong stakeholder management – maintain strong working relationships, effective communication with business leads. Strong commercial acumen - a strong understanding of EHP business, the market and environment, Adaptive Thinking - Approaches sales challenges in a positive, solution-oriented manner. Sales Productivity - Invests in techniques and solutions that display a sense of urgency to focus on customer engagement Sales Tools Mastery - Demonstrates proficiency with Cognos, JDE and/or other IT based applications (i.e. CRM) maintaining high data integrity. Competitive Product Offering - Demonstrates understanding of our key competitors and can effectively communicate differentiators of our offerings.
