The Role We’re looking for a compassionate and solutions-focused Collections Officer to join our team in Parramatta. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, helping them find tailored payment solutions that support their individual circumstances and lead to positive outcomes. Here’s what your day could look like: Finding the Right Solutions – You’ll work with customers to understand their situation and help them find payment options that work for them. Managing Customer Interactions – You’ll respond to customer enquiries in line with service level agreements and regulatory requirements. Empathetic Engagement – You’ll manage your portfolio with care, using empathy and professionalism to build trust and meet objectives. Compliance & Care – You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with NCCP and privacy laws. About you You’re someone who brings empathy, resilience, and a strong customer service ethic to everything you do. You’re confident in a fast-paced environment and know how to stay calm under pressure.
