This position will be based in Belmont in our Perth head office. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Document Controller position will involve the coordination and completion of day to day administrative and document control activities to assist the project team in achieving Company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain and administer the central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor, and third-party documentation ensuring it is kept up to date. Engage with stakeholders for feedback, review, and modification. Review business and legislative input into document development. Receive and record technical documents including drawings and specifications. Internally track and coordinate document movements. Transmit and maintain project documentation in line with client requirements. Maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management. Coordinate storage and archiving of project records. Oversee, manage, and record document flow to and from all necessary parties. Review, compile, scan, and file documentation. Ensure timely distribution of controlled documentation to all internal and external parties. Essential Skills / Qualifications Qualification in Business/Project Administration/Office Management. 3 years experience in a similar role, Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, Current Driver's Licence, High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, Strong attention to detail, Excellent level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills, Excellent level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills, High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing, Experience with diary and travel management, Excellent time management and organisational skills. Desirable Skills Experience in utilities and/or construction and/or resources industry. Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work. Safe and flexible approach to carrying out required duties.
