We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Business Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex schedules, facilitating communication across departments, and contributing to the efficient operation of the executive office. This position is a full-time ongoing position, based at our St Kilda Road Campus. The Executive Assistant is required to show initiative, resilience, and measured composure under pressure.
