About the role The Global Projects Officer plays a central role in supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of international initiatives as well as other offshore projects and activities. Acting as key liaison between stakeholders, the role provides partnership coordination, stakeholder engagement, and supports the wider team with time critical activities. A key focus of the role is to provide support to the university’s growing partnership activities in India, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes. You will: support the development and implementation of global education partnerships and international business initiatives; deliver operational and project management support for Federation University’s partnership initiatives; assist in managing international education projects, tracking progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery; and contribute to the preparation and coordination of partnership agreements, reports, and stakeholder communications. About you Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Partnerships and Business Development, this position provides project management, reporting and operational support to enhance the efficiency and impact of international business initiatives. You will possess: strong understanding of tertiary education, international education, and global partnership management; proven ability to coordinate and manage projects; high-level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare reports, briefing papers, and recommendations to support decision-making; and excellent customer service skills with ability to engage with diverse cultural groups and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with international stakeholders.
