Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance, painting, rubbish collection, and basic repairs Contribute to the grounds maintenance with mowing, pruning, watering, and minor landscaping Support maintenance of vehicles, tools and small plant equipment Operate machinery as required with clear direction Assist and provide guidance to other staff when needed, promoting a team culture Maintain safety, cleanliness and confidentiality in all duties What We’re Looking For: Great communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions Basic skills with tools, grounds equipment and maintenance tasks Understanding of safety, risk management and OH&S principles Willingness to learn and take on training as needed Why Join Us?
