Key Worker – Paediatric Allied Health Clinic Western Suburbs, Melbourne | Full-time or Part-time Make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families About the Organisation: Family-centred, multidisciplinary paediatric clinic located in Melbourne’s western suburbs, dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. The team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and Behaviour support practitioners, all working collaboratively to support children and their families across a range of developmental needs. About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and organised Key Worker to join the team. In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for families and support the coordination of services for children aged 0–12 with developmental delays and disabilities, many of whom are supported under the NDIS (Early Childhood Early Intervention – ECEI). You’ll also provide direct intervention using play-based and educational strategies within a family-centred model. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver early intervention supports for children and their families Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualised goals Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a consistent, holistic approach Provide coaching and support to families and carers. Monitor and report on progress toward outcomes and NDIS goals Support transitions into early childhood or primary education settings About You Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education Experience working in early years or primary education settings Passion for supporting children with additional needs and their families Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Organised, flexible, and proactive approach Understanding of the NDIS and ECEI framework (or willingness to learn) A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for work-related travel.
