(Pro Rata) ASO8| Full Time – Permanent position available We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager - Data Analytics and Insights to join our Team! As the Manager Data Analytics and Insights you will be accountable to the Chief Financial Officer. You will work closely with the SALHN Digital Health team to deliver strategic programs, projects and portfolios. You will be required to work collaboratively to analyse complex data, research and implement reports and visualise complex data to provide insights. About the role: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, duties for the role will include: Lead the development, implementation and facilitation of complex data analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions, as well as successful delivery of Projects Lead and contribute to the design, development, delivery of processes and systems to support the operational performance insights to SALHN Executive and Board Providing timely, accurate and informative data insights and advice to a range of parties including, but not limited to, the Executive, Managers, Clinicians and other key stakeholders Review, develop and implement processes related to data collection, sharing, utilisation, protection, cleaning and storage Develop, deliver and evaluate complex compliance monitoring process and data quality programs. This includes data quality metrics specific to clinical and business data that enables the assessment of current data quality to provide a baseline which enables the monitoring of any improvements About you: High level skills in analysing and interpreting data, communicating the information concisely and accurately, in either verbal or written format to support stakeholder decision making Demonstrated experience in health sector Casemix and patient activity data collection, interpretation and analysis Extensive experience in working with computer systems and applications including business intelligence, spreadsheets, word processing, databases, statistical packages, and clinical costing systems Extensive experience in managing and analysing complex data, including health data Tertiary qualification/s in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology or related discipline Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
