About the role: Advising and acting for some of Australia’s largest insurers . Working across a range of Insurance Litigation matters , with a focus on professional indemnity and public liability . Manage files and draft advice & court documents. Liaising with barristers and opposing solicitors; and attendance in Court and mediations . The ideal candidate: Associate with 3-5 years PQE . A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Prior defendant insurance experience. Excellent client relationship and client service skills. Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
