This role can be performed from NSW, VIC, QLD or SA and requires minimum two days in the office per week. About the role: The Enterprise Portfolio Manager is the face of LMG and the primary relationship owner for brokers within their portfolio who fall under an Enterprise Partnerships model. Some of our Enterprise Partners are Money Quest, National Lending Group, Nectar etc and those businesses have a large number of brokers that decide to partner with them. The primary objective is to grow and manage a profitable portfolio of brokers under these businesses and increase the effectiveness of MyCRM. Key responsibilities - Increase awareness and train brokers on on the MyCRM platform and all associated systems that support our brokers Ensure brokers and their businesses remain safe and compliant by providing support to meet their compliance obligations in a time effective way Identify opportunities to streamline local processes that may improve overall broker satisfaction Identify and execute on initiatives to deliver increased support and revenue from brokers under Enterprise Partners, including but not limited to online education, face to face workshops, a mutually beneficial lender onboarding experience Assist and execute the coordination of online training and face to face group workshops Support other Enterprise Partnerships team members to ensure the overall team can provide the best service possible to the overall business Make a broader contribution at a national level and across the LMG business Assist and execute on the onboarding of new brokers into Enterprise Partners Skills and Experience you’ll bring to the role - Residential or commercial lending experience preferable MyCRM knowledge is preferable Proven ability to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders Have an attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, outstanding customer service orientation and enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines.
