Your responsibilities will include: Conducting high-quality health assessments in line with clinical standards Performing on-site services including random drug and alcohol testing Assisting with administration and bookings as needed Building and maintaining strong relationships with local clients Identifying potential local business development opportunities Ensuring cleanliness and safety through adherence to cleaning protocols What We're Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience conducting workplace or clinical health assessments Are self-motivated, organised, and adaptable Work well independently and in a team Have excellent communication, IT, and record-keeping skills Are passionate about workplace health and continuous improvement Enjoy contributing to solutions and adapting to change Requirements (Must-Haves) A current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle Bachelor's qualification in healthcare (e.g. Registered Nurse or Paramedic) Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body Current CPR certificate , or willingness to obtain Training & Support Provided We’ll support you with all the training you need to succeed, including: HLTPAT005: Workplace Drug & Alcohol Testing Occupational audiometric testing Resting ECGs, and use of digital medical devices Internal systems and service standards training Join Us We work hard, we support each other, and we love working with team members who take initiative, think on their feet, and bring a positive attitude.
