Work 75% in the field on tractors, headers, and balers. Tackle real ag gear with variety, freedom, and solid team support. Duties Work on top-tier ag equipment: New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt Handle tractors, headers, balers – with occasional truck work 75% field-based; 25% workshop jobs On-call roster every 6 weeks (Mon–Sun), $180 for the week plus penalty rates for callouts Diagnose, repair & maintain ag machinery to keep farms moving Hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm, overtime after 45 hrs/week Company vehicle & phone supplied $48–$55/hr 3-month review for potential raise Supported accommodation available if relocating – share house for singles Skills and experience Proven experience with ag machinery – New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Confident working on headers, tractors, balers, and general ag gear Field service experience highly regarded Ability to work independently and manage time on the road HR truck license a bonus but not essential Willingness to be on an on-call roster Great attitude, team player, and problem-solver Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Benefits $48–$55/hr 3-month review Company vehicle & phone Overtime after 45 hrs/week $180 on-call allowance Shared housing available Relocation support Variety of ag machinery work Stable, long-term role How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
