About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing culturally safe, respectful, and person-centred support to Aboriginal clients. You will: Assist with daily living, personal care, and household tasks Support community participation and connection to culture Build trusted relationships through cultural understanding Empower clients to live independently and with dignity What We’re Looking For You identify as Aboriginal - under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
