This is more than just a development role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, set strategic technical direction, and play a critical role in shaping how integration delivers business value. With a wide technology landscape spanning MuleSoft, Java, Spring Boot, Axway, and other integration platforms, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role that blends leadership, strategy, and delivery. What you'll do Take ownership of end-to-end MuleSoft integration design and delivery Define strategy, best practices, and reusable patterns for enterprise integration Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to design secure, scalable APIs and services Mentor developers and uplift MuleSoft capability across distributed teams. Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure integration performance, security, and reliability Engage in knowledge transfer and lead handover from the outgoing tech lead.
