This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position on the production floor, where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for coordinating workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a diverse production team to meet daily targets and deadlines Maintain quality and compliance standards throughout all stages of production Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process optimisation Implement lean manufacturing principles and support a culture of continuous improvement Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations Drive a strong workplace safety culture What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within manufacturing or a related field Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire others Solid understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles (Lean 6 sigma) High attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to analyse and interpret production data to inform decisions In return you will be joining this highly supportive team, based at Eagle Farm.
