Locations include: Belfield Belmore Narwee Canterbury You will support a diverse range of clients with intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities who require high physical support or can display complex behaviours. Your role Support clients with complex mental health, psychosocial disabilities and high physical needs including personal care, safe manual handling, and the use of hoists. Rigorously follow BIS and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site manager to best support complex behaviours. Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely. Promoting choice and control and show eagerness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests. To be efficient in computer skills and report writing! All candidates must have full-time working rights. Some of our requirements: We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), active/sleepover nights (10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am) or split shifts.
