About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Responsible Person for the service. Ensure a safe and inclusive OSHC environment for children and staff, fostering a professional team culture. Maintain precise attendance and booking schedules to uphold child safety and supervision. Supervise and mentor educators , ensuring they perform their roles effectively and confidently. Design and implement engaging educational programs supported by observations and reflection journals. Support the mission, teachings, and ethos of the Catholic Church. Foster meaningful connections with families by sharing children’s participation and achievements . Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the school community, and other stakeholders . This permanent, full-time position offers 76 hours per fortnight in a dynamic and supportive environment. 1 block shift per week. About You To excel in this role, you will bring: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care . Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) . Certification in Child Protection Training . Current First Aid Certificates , including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management. A valid NSW Working With Children Check .
