Opportunity Overview – Project Manager / Senior Project Manager We’re currently recruiting for a well-established infrastructure contractor that specialises in the delivery of turnkey water and energy solutions to the mining sector. With a strong in-house capability and several long-term agreements in place, the business continues to secure repeat project work across multiple Pilbara sites. Due to ongoing growth, we’re now seeking a capable and driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a key delivery portfolio involving water infrastructure and minor civil scopes. This is a leadership role focused on stabilising project performance, improving planning and execution, and rebuilding client confidence through consistent, on-schedule delivery. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading multiple small to mid-scale projects concurrently across remote WA sites Delivering typical scopes including bore installations, HDPE pipework, pump and generator installs, trenching, and minor earthworks Overseeing a site workforce of 15–20 personnel including operators, welders, sparkies, supervisors, and HSE Aligning people, plant, and schedule to drive productivity and cost performance Ensuring accurate tracking of cost-to-complete and managing free-issued materials Representing the business professionally with site-based stakeholders and rebuilding trust To Be Considered, You Will Have: 7 years of project delivery experience within mining or resources infrastructure Proven track record managing self-perform construction teams on remote projects Sound commercial and scheduling skills (cost, materials, forecasting) Strong leadership presence and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Experience in scopes such as dewatering, HDPE installation, or minor civil works What’s On Offer?
