You’ll have ownership across the entire design process, influencing every step. This includes: Facilitating user research, from discovery to usability testing, and creating key UX artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes. Leading workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback, guiding brainstorming, and fostering collaboration. Collaborating closely with engineers and other designers to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes. Designing scalable systems for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. Demonstrate a high attention to detail in creating polished user interface designs and visual assets that elevate the overall product quality. Championing best practices, contributing to our team culture, and promoting design thinking throughout the business. Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and drive innovation. WHO YOU ARE: We’re looking for a creative, collaborative designer who brings a mix of experience and passion to our team. You’ll have: 4 years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and visual design. A proven track record managing multiple projects with complex stakeholder requirements. A well-rounded skill set—from running research activities to crafting high-fidelity, interactive designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently. A positive attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change while staying focused on strategic goals.
