About the role & where you’ll be working Our residential care team has a Business Support Officer role available to support the administration of our aged care facility in Kalgoorlie; located 593km east of Perth You'll be at our front desk area greeting visitors, assisting with resident admissions & discharges, and engaging with prospective residents and their family members. We’ll also be asking you to assist with facility maintenance, assisting families and visitors, ordering supplies, client fees and general data entry. The role offers a permanent part time weekday roster, Monday to Wednesday, with working hours from 8:00am to 4:06pm. About You: If you’re an experienced Receptionist or Administrator wanting a bit more autonomy, and enjoy interacting with people, this could be the next role you’ve been looking for. To be considered for this role, you'll need: A friendly phone manner & great customer service skills. Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite of programs. The ability to build positive working relationships. Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills. Problem solving skills & initiative.
