Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget. Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives. Our Fleet On-Site: Excavators: Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr Graders: CAT 140H Trucks: CAT 785C x 1, 777F x 3 Wheel Loaders: CAT 950, 966, 972, 980, 992 Opportunity for our equipment rental contract to keep expanding What we'll need from you: Must have full working rights within Australia A strong commitment to safety and leadership AMT exposure would be highly advantageous Significant post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi Prior leadership experience working on a mine site leading a team of 10 people High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude Hold a current Australian Driver's License Recognised National Australian Trade Certificate as a Heavy Diesel Fitter Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications (desirable) The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
