Core Talent are currently recruiting for a successful developer builder who are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman. Our client have a strong pipeline of projects in Brisbane, also both Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast - these projects are luxury multi res builds which will be landmark apartments. The Role Some of the main duties as a Structures Foreman will include: Supervision and direction of all sub-contractors involved in the structural build of this multi res development Liaising with all site team particularly with the Site Manager Working with the site team in meeting with program set to build Adhere to all HSEQ policies in place What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications: Structural Trade Background and/or Tertiary Education in Construction Management QBCC Open Licence (Builder or Supervisor) Strong Communication Skills Proven Experience working as a Structures Foreman or Site Manager on large multi res projects Delivered a multi res project over minimum $30M within the last 2 years Strong Knowledge of Queensland and Australian Building Codes Strong focus on HSEQ What you'll get in return In return you will be rewarded with a highly attractive salary package indicative of your experience and capability as well as regular salary reviews, strong pipeline of landmark projects, ability to progress within the company and work within a successful and experienced Site Team.
