You'll handle transfers, billing exceptions, service orders and customer enquiries efficiently, maintaining high service levels. Your role is crucial for customer acquisition and retention, directly impacting our brand's equity. Delivering high-quality results, especially during peak periods and increased transactional volumes, is essential as our business continues to grow. With honesty, integrity and respect, you will: Process market transactions in accordance with the relevant Energy Laws, Rules and Regulations and in accordance with Shell Energy’s policies and procedures Resolve service orders and transfer management, meter data and billing exceptions within internal and external service levels (quality and efficiency). Handle stakeholder enquiries and complaints via phone, email and other communication channels. Develop and maintain processes and standard operating procedures for Customer Operations. Provide expert advice to customers, business units and project teams. What you’ll bring Strong customer service focus with a professional attitude and relationship-building skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, remaining calm under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. Proactive and driven to improve processes, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry CRM and billing platforms.
