Description As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing a team of 10 customer service and admin professionals. You'll monitor daily performance, ensure SLAs and service standards are met, and collaborate closely with your interstate counterpart to ensure consistent processes and goals across both sites. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members in their day-to-day work Managing escalations and complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy Driving service improvements and contributing to broader operational enhancements Overseeing onboarding, training, and continuous capability development Analysing service data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Profile You are a confident and emotionally intelligent leader with a passion for coaching and team culture. You bring strong experience managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, improvement focused mindset.
