About the Role We are seeking a qualified and motivated Developer Programmer to join our software development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet client and business requirements, contributing across the entire software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Researching, analysing, and evaluating system program needs. Identifying limitations in existing systems and recommending solutions. Testing, debugging, and correcting programming errors within established protocols. Writing and maintaining clean, scalable, and secure code based on system specifications. Preparing and maintaining technical and user documentation. Designing and coding applications to resolve business issues using languages such as XML, Java, ABAP, Visual Basic, and C++. Developing technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance. Collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle. Participating in system testing, implementation, and modification. Developing and upgrading SaaS applications using modern web tools. Contributing to software proposal development, including cost analysis and recommendations. Staying informed on new technologies and industry practices. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Developer Programmer. Strong command of languages such as Java, C++, Visual Basic, XML, and related technologies. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
