Working as a part of a larger team, the Rostering Clerk will be responsible for providing clerical support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites within ONCALL QLD. In this casual role, the shifts available will be 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm . You can expect to: Be the direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management. Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily. Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders. Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters. You will bring: Previous rostering experience would be ideal, but transferable skills and experience from a call centre/customer service role would also be valued. Previous experience in the disability support sector, or a genuine interest in joining this sector. Strong communication skills, time management and ability to multi-task.
