The role: Deliver assessments and interventions across aged care facilities, private homes, and community settings. Support a diverse caseload of older adults and NDIS participants, tailoring care to communication, cognitive, swallowing, and social needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different clinical environments. Educate clients, families and carers on effective communication and safe swallowing strategies.
