We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker with a strong background in mental health and NDIS practice , to lead frontline support and guide our team of dedicated staff. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct, person-centred mental health support in SIL homes and community settings Develop, monitor and review individual support and recovery plans Respond to complex behaviours and support escalation protocols Respond effectively to challenging behaviours and crisis situations Liaise with stakeholders including case managers, psychologists and allied health professionals Maintain documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health and/or psychosocial disability support Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services or equivalent (Diploma preferred) Demonstrated experience with medication support and compliance Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Sound understanding of the NDIS and recovery-oriented practice Understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, NSW Driver’s Licence Why Join US ?
