ConsultANZ is looking for a seasoned Piling Project Manager to join a respected contractor delivering complex ground engineering solutions across Queensland. With over 8 years of field experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls, you'll lead the successful execution of large-scale piling operations on high-profile infrastructure projects. About You: Extensive hands-on experience in piling, with deep knowledge of diverse foundation systems. Solid track record in managing ground engineering activities on major construction sites. Proficient in preparing technical documentation, project records, and site reports. Strong leadership and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset. Highly organised with sharp time management and planning capabilities. Your Responsibilities: Lead on-site delivery, coordinating with engineers, site supervisors, and foremen. Ensure compliance with design specs, technical drawings, and QA/QC standards. Manage installation of temporary works and uphold high safety standards. Prepare and update short-term construction programs aligned with project timelines. Draft method statements and conduct thorough risk assessments. Track variations and compile supporting documentation for monthly progress claims. Maintain a detailed daily site diary, recording progress, delays, and key decisions. Oversee secure and systematic filing of all site and contract documentation. Requirements: Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in civil or structural engineering. Recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field. Prior experience on Australian or New Zealand construction sites. Proven background in self-delivered piling and ground improvement works. Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals, safety compliance, and industry best practice.
