About the role: This is a dedicated Business Development Manager position focused on driving rent roll growth. You’ll convert warm leads from internal departments, generate new business, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Working closely with the Director and wider team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and securing new managements. Key responsibilities include: Managing and converting leads from leasing & sales Conducting rental appraisals and securing new business Building local referral networks and maintaining strong relationships Coordinating a smooth transition into the property management department About you: Experience in real estate – leasing, PM or sales backgrounds encouraged to apply!
