Job Description We seek a driven and goal-oriented Director of Sales to take on a high-impact role across both the conferencing and events market as well as the growing leisure segment. Motivated by results and backed by experience in hotel or resort sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue, growing market share, and building strong relationships across a diverse client base. This is a pivotal commercial position that plays a critical role in driving overall property performance. Your strategic thinking, proactive approach, and sales expertise will directly influence the success of our destination. Supported by our Revenue and Marketing teams, you will have the tools and autonomy to identify new opportunities and convert them into long-term business. About the Role: Proactively source, secure, and convert new business opportunities across conferencing, events, and leisure segments, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets through strategic sales initiatives. Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing and Revenue teams to enhance market visibility, optimise RevPAR, yield, and total revenue across all business streams. Develop and execute tactical sales strategies that align with business goals and respond to market demand. Participate in regular Sales and Marketing meetings to align strategies, ensure clear communication, and analyse weekly forecasts and market share reports to maintain competitive positioning. Coordinate and lead site inspections and familiarisation events to engage prospects and convert qualified leads across all segments.
