About the Role: You'll be working alongside a highly experienced Senior Property Manager who has been with the business for nearly a decade. This is a hands-on Assistant Property Manager role where you’ll gain invaluable exposure across all areas of property management. Responsibilities include: Coordinating maintenance and repairs Liaising with tenants and landlords Conducting routine inspections and condition reports Assisting with lease administration and general support Providing occasional reception support during the receptionist’s lunch breaks The portfolio sits at 200 properties, so you’ll be kept busy and constantly learning. About You: You might be in a real estate reception or admin role now, ready to step up into property management – or already in an Assistant PM position looking for the right environment to grow. To be considered, you will need: A current Agents Representative Certificate A valid driver's license and reliable car Some exposure to property management admin or leasing Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude What’s on Offer: Salary up to $75K including super Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends!
