ABOUT YOU Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Proven experience as a Supervisor in the excavation or civil construction industry. Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve project goals. Proactive approach to problem-solving on-site. Strong collaborative spirit and a positive attitude. High integrity and a robust work ethic. ABOUT THE ROLE Oversee and manage daily on-site excavation operations. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, operators, and other stakeholders. Implement and enforce all safety protocols and procedures. Provide guidance and support to your team members.
