We work with a global leader in healthcare solutions, known for their commitment to improving patient outcomes and sustainability, who are looking to hire an experienced Tender & Contract Manager to strengthen their commercial and contract performance. About the Role As Tender & Contract Manager, you will lead the coordination and submission of tenders, manage pricing administration, and ensure contract compliance. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Monitor, manage, and coordinate tender releases, responses, and deadlines Alert the business of upcoming tenders in a timely manner incl pre-tender work. Act as the main point of contact for all tender and contract-related matters and own the coordination of completion of tenders. Lead the tender process from setting up and follow-up on tender project plans, get commitment and maximize tender outcome. Maintain contract and pricing databases for transparency and accuracy Analyse tender performance and lead internal debriefs and reporting Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams on pricing strategy Ensure alignment with company policies and contractual obligations About You Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar field (preferred) Experience in tenders, pricing, or contract management (healthcare industry preferred, not required) Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills Strong commercial and numerical acumen Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines and work cross-functionally What’s in it for You?
