In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Owner and play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality culinary standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan menus, estimate food and labor costs, and manage food supply orders. Oversee food preparation and presentation quality at all stages. Collaborate with kitchen staff, dietitians, and management on food preparation issues. Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on procedures. Prepare and cook dishes for daily menus and catering orders. Ensure a clean and hygienic working environment. Train and supervise kitchen staff. Requirements: Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy culinary environment. Strong knowledge of portion control and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills in English. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
