Job Description As a Duty Manager, you will complete the following tasks (but not limited to): Support the Front Office Manager in the daily management of the Front Office department. Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department during your shift while ensuring guest comfort and exceptional service at all times. Leading by example in providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to all guests at all times. Deal effectively with guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner Implementing strategies to increase productivity and morale. You will be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service. Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program. Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM, PM and night shifts as required.
