About the role: Working with the Head of the Commercial & Insolvency department. Advising lenders, borrowers, directors and creditors on complex financing arrangements and loan recovery scenarios . Draft loan and security documents , such as general security agreements and real property mortgages. Attend mediations and undertake litigation in Courts. The ideal candidate: Commercial and Insolvency Lawyers from Associate level right up to Partner level. (3 PQE). A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , with a strong academic track record. Meticulous attention to detail & excellent communication skills. Must have both front-end and back-end Commercial/Insolvency Law experience.
