Manage a diverse portfolio of transactions within the property team including property development planning and structuring, caveats and real property security, conveyancing . Advising clients ranging from first-home buyers to large property developers . Conduct research and analysis, providing clients with effective resolutions. The ideal candidate: Associate/Senior Associate level Lawyer, with at least 3 PQE . Proven experience advising on property transactions and general conveyancing. Experience using PEXA. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
