About the role: You’ll work closely with approachable and respected Partners on a broad and consistent range of matters, including: Mergers & acquisitions (private and public) Equity and debt capital markets Joint ventures, restructures & shareholder arrangements Commercial contracting and advisory work You’ll have the chance to own matters , build client relationships , and mentor junior lawyers , with increasing independence and visibility. The ideal candidate: 4 years’ PAE in corporate/M&A law (ideally from a mid-tier, top-tier or respected boutique firm) Proven experience running or significantly contributing to M&A and advisory matters Strong drafting skills and the confidence to manage transactions A collaborative, team-first approach and desire to mentor junior colleagues A commercial mindset and ability to deliver clear, practical advice Strong academic credentials and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals, please contact us to discuss other suitable opportunities .
