About the role: You will work with award-winning partners , assisting with matters from start to finish, on a range of complex and interesting financial transactions. Some of the matters will include, but not limited to debt advisory, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, construction & development finance and recapitalisations. The ideal candidate: Lawyer/Associate ( 2-5 PQE ) A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academics. Possess in-depth knowledge of banking and finance law. Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
