The role Join Adbri’s Health & Safety team and play a key role in driving WHS performance across our SA and NT operations. Reporting to the SA/NT HSE Manager, you’ll lead strategic safety initiatives, support operational teams, and help shape a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Champion WHS improvements and risk reduction across sites Deliver training, coaching, and support on HSE systems and compliance Guide incident investigations and share safety learnings Conduct site visits, audits, and provide expert WHS advice Support ISO 45001 systems and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring WHS qualification and 5 years’ experience in heavy industry or construction Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Our business Adbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
