Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management. Crafting reports and insights to enhance compliance, planning, and People & Culture initiatives. What We’re Looking For We need a proactive leader who thrives on driving change with: A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in HR generalist roles and project management excellence. A knack for tackling complex projects with clear outcomes and meeting deadlines like a pro.
