About the role: A senior member of the Collections team, your core objective is to support your team in assisting us in maximising cash flow and minimising bad debt by portfolio managing ‘high risk’ Residential and SME debt. You’ll support the reduction of aged debt balances, along with monitoring, maintaining and pursuing accounts to ensure an overall decrease of aged debt. What you’ll do: Achieving specified team and individual accountabilities by working diligently through effective account management Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating understanding and empathy through strong negotiation and communication skills by inbound/outbound phone calls and email Drive outbound customer contact on accounts deemed high risk Be comfortable handling challenging and demanding interactions Be curious with an eye for detail, think ‘outside the box’ to negotiate ‘win/win’ outcomes, locate customers and perform skip trace activity Resolve advanced and escalated disputes/queries Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effective time management with the ability to quickly adjust to emerging or shifting priorities Share learnings and observations with your team mates as we are truly better together What you’ll bring Credit Management Experience in the same or equivalent role Passionate about achieving business outcomes Strong Relationship Building experience Proven interpersonal skills with high quality written and communication skills Conflict Resolution Skills and experience in complaint resolution Ability to work well under pressure displaying a positive and optimistic outlook Solid experience using and understanding CredAgility, Orion and Salesforce What's in it for you?
