About the Job The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving Accommodation, Corporate, Groups and MICE sales for the hotel. Your role will encompass Driving revenue through proactive sales Creating and maintaining relationships with tourism providers, conference organisers and corporate accounts Acquiring high end groups, meetings and incentive business Identifying new business opportunities Responding to client enquiries and converting to sales and Preparing contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly communicated You will bring your extensive industry knowledge, contacts, networks and proven sales experience in a 5 star property. You will build productive relationships and attend a range of industry and corporate events. Flexibility for domestic travel is a requirement of this position. About you Professional, friendly and outgoing personality Results focused, tenacious and motivated Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel, MICE or Conference sales. Develops creative and effective sales plans and actions and thrives on accountability and making things happen.
