Busy Bees at Crace is seeking a passionate and organised Lead Educator to guide learning experiences and support a strong, inclusive classroom environment. About the Role: As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the EYLF and NQS. You’ll lead your room with confidence, mentor other educators, and work closely with families to support each child’s individual development.
