About the Role As a Centre Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education in a warm and engaging environment. Your role will focus on ensuring the centre operates smoothly, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting the growth and development of both the children and your team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment; Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement; Manage enrolments, occupancy rates, budgets, and family relationships; Engage with the local community to build the centre’s reputation. About You You’re authentic, passionate about working with children, and a natural communicator. You’re driven and supportive of others’ success. You are well-connected and community-minded. You are organised with a great eye for detail. You are a strong leader, articulate, commercial and professional. Hold a completed Diploma and/or (working towards) Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved) Prior leadership experience working in a long day care. Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF. Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. Current Working with Children's Check.
