Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align People strategies with business objectives Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Lead and deliver People and Culture initiatives that support a thriving, values-led team culture Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance matters Partner with leaders on their recruitment needs, conducting 360 recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience Analyse HR metrics to uncover trends, risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field 3–5 years’ experience in a similar P&C or HRBP role Experience supporting or leading change in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis (EmploymentHero beneficial) Why Join Vision Made Co.?
