HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and we have an opportunity for an experienced Injury Manager to join our client who is a well recognised and established organisation. This high-impact role will be responsible for the management of workplace injuries and illnesses across two sites. You will be supported by a team ready to show you the ropes of their diversified operations. Please note this is an afternoon shift , onsite position based in the southwest. The Role: Coordinate injury management and wellbeing activities Support return-to-work processes and liaise with stakeholders Maintain compliance with all legislative and internal processes Support onsite first-aid and triage requirements Collaborate with production and operational staff Contribute to continuous improvement in health & wellbeing initiatives About you: Significant experience in a similar IM or return-to-work coordinator role Strong understanding of QLD legislation (essential) and NSW (desired) Confident, assertive, proactive, and highly organised with excellent communication skills Hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail Benefits Salary package up to $110,000 depending on experience A commitment to internal development, mentoring, and promotion from within.
