The Role You’ll support a busy, high-performing sales agent, learning the ins and outs of the transaction cycle. From generating leads to managing open homes and buyer follow-ups, this role is ideal for someone hungry to step into a long-term sales career. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and database growth Cold calling and door knocking Attending and managing open homes Liaising with buyers, vendors, and stakeholders Assisting with day-to-day sales admin and prep Shadowing the agent through the full sales process The Person You’re driven, enthusiastic, and ready to put in the work.
